We understand it takes a lot to trust someone with your home, so we do absolutely everything we can to put your mind at ease. We run local, state, and national background checks on every potential employee during the interview and vetting process.

+No! You can cancel any time you wish.

Do you provide a guarantee? What if I am not satisfied?
-Our services are %100 guaranteed! If you do not love are service, we will return and reclean your home to your satisfaction. If we cannot satisfy you, we will refund all your money and the relationship will be permanently terminated.

When do I pay for the service?
+At the time of service. You can leave a check on the counter or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
+Yes, our cleaners bring all supplies and equipment needed to provide the service. We only use high-quality green products, high-quality equipment including microfiber cloths and mop pads, HEPA-filter vacuums, and ostrich feather dusters to guarantee the ultimate care for your home.
If you have a preference in any cleaning products and would like to provide them, we will be happy to use them in your home.

Are you a franchise?
+No, we are locally owned and operated, we just look like one because we are just as professional. We have the freedom to provide you with a more customized service and our prices are usually lower than the franchises.

Do you take credit cards?
-Yes, for your convenience we accept credits cards or you can leave a check on the counter the day of the cleaning.

-Yes, our employees must be able to read and speak English to be hired.

Will I allways have the same cleaners?
-We understand the importance of the relationship between the client and the cleaning techs. Therefore we will assign a specific lead cleaning tech to your home and they will be there for every cleaning.

What if I have pets?
+Not a problem, we love them, and we’ll treat them like our own. So we will be happy to get to know your pets and let them get used to us. You won’t need to put them up on cleaning day, but if you have a territorial or protective animal that may be upset when we enter your home, we will discuss the matter and come up with a solution that works for all of us.

Do I have to be home during service?
-No. In fact, most of our clients are not home during service. This is not a problem, as our cleaning techs know exactly what to do.

What if I have to skip or cancel my service?
+No problem. All we ask is that you contact us no later than 2 business days prior to your cleaning. Cancellations later than noon the day before are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If cleaning is canceled the day of your scheduled appointment, the cleaning is charged at the regular rate.

What if I need some extra tasks or services?
+We’re not a franchise–we can do what you want. Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time. Inside fridges, inside ovens? Yes!

Do I have to tip your employees?
-No, it’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done.
