Hi, I'm Larry Deane. I've been in the house cleaning industry for more than 30 years. During that time, I built a highly successful cleaning company that served over 500 active clients.
A few years ago, I experienced a major setback—I suffered a stroke that left me unable to walk across a room. Unsure whether I would ever be able to return to running my business, I made the difficult but important decision to let my top employees take over the clients they regularly served and begin building their own companies.
That decision came from a place of responsibility and care, but it also meant the business was left with limited resources. Without the ability to stay fully involved, my focus shifted from growth to simply keeping clients happy. Over time, the company dwindled, and I ultimately made the tough choice to close it.
What I walked away with, however, was invaluable experience:
I knew how to build a thriving, client-focused cleaning business. I learned firsthand what works—and what doesn't—when strong systems and leadership aren't in place. And I discovered just how much I enjoy helping others succeed.
For the past three years, I've been mentoring cleaning business owners across the United States, helping them grow, stabilize, and streamline their companies. In the process, I've also continued learning from some of the best in the industry.
Now fully recovered from my stroke, I knew it was time to return to what I love most—building a great cleaning company grounded in experience, integrity, and a genuine commitment to service.
