All our cleaners are employees. Independent non-professional cleaning contractors often give the cleaning industry a bad name by not paying taxes, hiring illegal workers, and have no formal training program.
Do you perform criminal background checks on all employees?
Yes, we do. We make sure to only hire cleaners with the utmost professionalism, a clean background, and that are dependable. We understand it takes a lot to trust someone with your home, so we do absolutely everything we can to put your mind at ease. We run local, state, and national background checks on every potential employee during the interview and vetting process.
Do you train your employees with a structured and consistent training program?
Yes, all our cleaning technicians are thoroughly trained on a continuing basis by an experienced Training Manger.
Do you provide a guarantee? What if I am not satisfied?
Our services are %100 guaranteed! If you do not love are service, we will return and reclean your home to your satisfaction. If we cannot satisfy you, we will refund all your money and the relationship will be permanently terminated. In other words, if you don’t love your cleaning it is FREE!
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, our cleaners bring all supplies and equipment needed to provide the service. We only use high-quality green products, high-quality equipment including microfiber cloths and mop pads, HEPA-filter vacuums, and ostrich feather dusters to guarantee the ultimate care for your home.
If you have a preference in any cleaning products and would like to provide them, we will be happy to use them in your home.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No! You can cancel any time you wish.
When do I pay for the service?
At the time of service. You can leave a check on the counter or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.
